This 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited was transformed into a bold, trail-ready “Merica” build, combining a 2-inch lift, aggressive 35-inch tires, Fuel wheels, upgraded spare-tire support, and a heavy-duty front bumper with a 10,000-pound winch.
From the stance to the recovery equipment, every upgrade pushes this Wrangler toward a tougher, more capable look without losing its Jeep character. The finished Merica Build combines red-accented Fuel wheels, 35-inch Nitto tires, increased ride height, and serious front-end hardware for a build ready to stand out on the street and head off-road.

More Clearance. More Attitude.
This Wrangler received a 2-inch Zone spacer lift to create additional ground clearance and give the Jeep a more aggressive stance. The lift also provides the extra room needed to accommodate the larger 35-inch tire package while maintaining the Wrangler's factory suspension components.
The result is a taller, more capable stance without going overboard. Combined with the new wheels and tires, the 2-inch lift completely changes the visual presence of the Wrangler.

The wheel and tire package is where the “Merica” personality really comes through. We paired Fuel's aggressive D823 20x10 wheels with 35-inch Nitto tires for a combination that adds both visual impact and capability.
The gloss black wheels with milled red accents tie directly into the patriotic theme of the build, while the 35x12.50 Nitto tires give the Wrangler the larger footprint and aggressive profile this build needed.

More Than Just a Lift Kit
Built Bold. Built Right.
A lift can change the stance of a Jeep, but this build was about creating a complete package. The 2-inch Zone lift provided the foundation, while the 35-inch Nitto tires and Fuel 20-inch wheels completely transformed the Wrangler's proportions.
Up front, the Fab Fours JL stubby bumper gives the Jeep a tougher appearance while providing a more compact front-end profile. Paired with the WARN VR EVO 10-S 10,000-pound winch, the Wrangler gains serious recovery capability to match its new look.
The larger spare tire also required additional support. A Rough Country spare tire relocation bracket and tailgate reinforcement kit were installed to properly accommodate the larger wheel and tire combination.
From the suspension to the wheels, tires, bumper, and recovery equipment, every upgrade works together to create a Wrangler that looks as capable as it is ready for adventure.
